For: An All-Levels Workshop for students with a minimum of 6 months yoga experience.

Both courage and compassion are called for in these times. To find the strength of heart we need, yet at the same time hold ourselves and others with compassion, is key to living from Spirit. We learn both courage and compassion on the mat as we free energy to manifest living more purposefully in the world. On the mat we learn to align our poses with care and precision so that we may more fully align with the Divine as we act in the world.

Our time together will include some Pranayama (breath work), Standing Poses, Beginning Backbends and Inversions, Twists and Relaxation. Suzie teaches with an emphasis on precise alignment and therapeutics, breaking the poses down to make them both safer and more accessible. O, and she teaches with a lot of laughter too!!
